Our Process for Final Reporting

Option 1: Make an Oral Report

In lieu of a written final report, you can opt to have a conversation (in person or virtual) with our staff so we can learn about the impact of the grant. This initiative is reflective of the Foundation’s goal in prioritizing learning and relationship building with our grant recipients. We strongly encourage you to connect with our Grants Officer, within 30 days after completion of your project by emailing grants@cfka.org to schedule a conversation. The questions can be found below.

Option 2: Make a Written Report

If you wish to continue with a written final report, you may do so. The template can be found below. Final reports are due 30 days after completion of the project. All projects are expected to take place within one year of receiving the grant. Questions about the final report may be emailed to grants@cfka.org.

Need an extension or alteration?

If there are extenuating circumstances that have altered the anticipated completion date of your project, you must notify us immediately. An extension may be granted by the Foundation at its discretion, after reviewing the extension request which must include a revised timeline and budget.
