Vital Signs 2010 Survey

The intent of this survey is to improve the life in our community by inviting Kingstonians to share  their views on some issues discussed in this report – this  is not a scientific survey using a random sampling of the Kingston population.   We want to encourage people to consider how to contribute to significant  improvements in life in our community where such are needed – and how to support strengthening things that  are already good in our community life.  Results will be posted on the Community Foundation website.We encourage you to complete the survey on the web at ----?  However, if you prefer to do the survey on paper, simply mark this page and get it to us at Survey, Community Foundation for Kingston & Area 165 Ontario Street, Suite 6,  Kingston, ON, K7L 2Y6.The survey states an issue and then several opinions people might express about it.  Please indicate the response that most closely represents your view on each issue.  If you must, you may indicate two choices. If you have no opinion, just make no choice and move on the the next question.  On paper, circle the letter ( (a) or (b) ,etc.) on the web mark an x in the appropriate box.
